I’ve recently heard an old-wives tale that states that whenever you sneeze your heart skips a beat. I cannot think of any reason for this but none-the-less I am still curious to know if it is true or not. If anybody could help me out that would be wonderful. Thank you.
It’s not true.
i thought that when u sneezed it was believed to get rid of evil in your body. therefor you were being blessed as you body got rid of all these demonds. It was supposed to give you good luck and keep you safe from the devil.
If you check the link to Snopes that I provided, you’ll see that what you mentioned is one of a few different possible origins.
