Shut up! I said “oops.”
I should have known you’d hear from the rest of the peanut gallery. All in fun.
Me, OP of that comment, wasn’t even going to bring it up! Jeeze ![]()
I make so many legit mistakes and reading comprehension errors that I cannot begin to critique others.
BTW, I didn’t get to see the show, but I have seen items discussing how Tom Hanks gave a performance that was some sort of vile insult to millions of Americans (presumably the ones who voted for the America-hating fuckstick). I also presume it involved a Black Jeopardy! sketch. But I haven’t been able to find a clip of the entire sketch, only the moment when his character shrinks back in fear at being offered a handshake. Can anyone link to the entire sketch? TIA
It was a reappearance of a character who had originally appeared a few years ago, in a widely praised episode of “Black Jeopardy,” so you may want to watch that first for background:
And here’s the sketch from the SNL 50th show:
IMHO the sketch overall was fun, especially Eddie Murphy’s impression of Tracy Jordan, but the Tom Hanks appearance fell flat because they didn’t really do anything new with him.
Okay, thanks. I was confused because the previews all showed Eddie Murphy, so I thought there might be another one.
ETA: I didn’t see what was so insulting, though. What a bunch of snowflakes MAGAts are.
Yep. They need some seriously padded safe spaces to locate their fainting couches and smelling salts.
