I’ve scanned through their Commentary archive and haven’t been able to locate anything like this. Care to provide a link or do you just want to continue calling everyone names?

They were told by the Pentagon. Is the Pentagon lying? Are they unreliable? Are they making this stuff up or exaggerating? If so, why?

Can you say with 100% certainty that the fake photos which have been circulating around aren’t mixed in with the photos the Pentagon has been going through. Maybe that’s why they haven’t been released yet - efforts are still underway to sort the real from the fake.

How could fakes- fakes that were put together after the other photos had already been collected- get mixed in with the Iraqi prison photos?

None of the photos from Iraq are in question. Someone sent fakes to a newspaper. They weren’t from the same pool as the Iraq photos.

The link was already provided; see post number 127 of this very thread. As I’ve always said, it’s amazing what happens when you read the thread before you respond. Doesn’t surprise me much to learn that they removed the incriminating evidence from their site, however. Luckily others kept copies of it. We’ve also discussed it many times on this very board.

Yes. I can say that with one hundred percent certainty, and if I am not right then you may drag this thread up to subject me to endless humiliation. Look. The story that you dragged up about fake photos is a story about a silly prank that due to poor editing managed to make it into one single newspaper, out of the thousands of news sources in the country. To say that those forgeries are “circulating” is not an accurate assessment of the situation. That story is not in any way, shape, or form relating to the photos that Rumsfield described to Congress, photos which Rumsfield himself apparently believes with total certainty to be genuine. Now is it possible that Rumsfield got duped? I suppose, but I find it rather unlikely considering that he would surely have leapt on any hint of incorrectness if it existed. For you to wave your silly story about one article in one paper as an excuse for denying any photographic evidence that comes up falls under the category of denial.

And now, I admit to being dishonest. I said that I would abandon this thread two pages ago, and yet hear I am. Considering how this has veered into an idiotic tangent, I believe I’ll make a second attempt. Wish me luck.

As for the fake photos, the following outlines circulation in my book

The photos accompanied an article about Boston city councilor Chuck Turner, who distributed the graphic photographs yesterday at a press conference with activist Sadiki Kambon. Turner told reporters the photos showed U.S. soldiers raping Iraqi women.

“The American people have a right and responsibility to see the pictures,” Turner said.

Kambon, who is director of the Black Community Information Center, said at the news conference he received the photographs by e-mail from Akbar Muhammad, a representative for the Nation of Islam.

As for your linked WND Commentary, I have not been able to find it on the WND site. I’ve read it through on the KACV-TV site multiple times and find no reference to OBL or advocating mass murder of American citizens. Unfortunately the KACV-TV copy does not include the author’s name so searching for alternate commentaries is not possible. He/she seems to be questioning whether America’s culture, lack of security and lack of leadership were to blame for 911 (as the piece was written on Sept 12th).

For the suicide bombers who carried out these attacks, they won’t be going to paradise with 50 virgins. They will be burning forever in Hell for their evil and wickedness.

The above doesn’t seem to jive with your opinion of the piece.
