So sorry to hear it, Max. I’m a former assistant county prosecutor in Ohio myself, and decided it was time to move on (rather than being fired) when it became clear that my career options within the office were pretty limited under the new elected prosecutor. I agree with the advice upthread. I’m sure you’ll find something worth your while. Keep your chin up, and know that we’re in your corner!
Personally, still trying to understand the concept of elected prosecutors. But that’s not much help to Max.
Best wishes. Being a prosecutor for that long a time should give you contacts and the skill set for other jobs, prosecuting , defence or civil lit. Hope something comes up soon.
