I don’t know how to answer the first question: systolic is generally around 123 which isn’t fantastic, but diastolic is always 68 which is lower than average.
I do have chronic sinus problems, though - I have so many allergies related to trees/plants/mold/mildrew that my nose is always at least slightly stuffy despite daily antihistamines.
It may be you have an allergy to certain booze - I found (much to my dismay) that I was allergic to red wine a couple of years back, not having linked the unpleasant symptoms with red wine in particular. Now I reluctantly steer clear, stick to cider/beer and only have to suffer the standard unpleasant symptoms the morning after.
Unless you’re like me and my dad, in which buzzed is immediately followed by sleep.
