Working with close friends is different than macromanagement of that with world leaders. So in theory and practice the same tactics may have different outcomes. No cites by the way. My experience much of the information built up is either disproven or altered over time that many sources are lost, skewed or interpreted out of context. If you post something official like facts from law enforcement or national security sources, they get discredited for being part of some vast systemic conspiracy against POC.
