1.) Yes, Obama was a great orator, and that is pretty much where his skill stopped. He absolutely was docile, and had no balls. His greatest accomplishment was a disaster.
2.) Bluffing, Grandstanding (you should know, you are fantastic at this) and social engineering are all aspects of political discourse among national politicians, and it has worked in one way or another for years for every single politicians, so you are full of shit.
3.) Yes, they are his advisors. They are also his peers. Check the definition of ‘peers’. Just because they advise him doesn’t give him absolute power. Idiot.
4.)An armistice agreement with nothing resolved and two different dispositions is in fact a stalemate. How can someone with “Science Advisory Board” below his/her moniker be so fucking daft?
5.) That last part is great, that is a lot of projection. Maybe you are just another smug progressive who thinks you have the only and ‘enlightened’ opinion on damn near everything. Wait, it’s both.
You are a sad, insecure person.
Please remember the definition of the word ‘Opinion’.
None of that would faze me. I’ve lived in Beijing for over five years. That’s SITNORM for Beijing drivers.
His skills did not stop at being a great orator. Did you miss the bit about his scholarship? The man is a constitutional law expert. Next, he had two things that vie for “greatest accomplishment”: 1-Affordable Care Act, and 2-killing of Osama bin Laden. The affordable care act is a great idea and benefited millions, nay, hundreds of millions. Of course your hero, like you, allergic to logical thinking, has only one calculus for deciding to dismantle it: “Obama accomplished it”. That is the only part about the ACA that is a “disaster”: Trump and the Republicans attempts to destroy it. The second thing, of course, Trump cannot undo. And there’s nothing to show that Obama was wrong in what or how he took out bin Laden. It’s only in your fevered imagination that President Obama was docile.
I’m not impressed by poker (sorry, elucidator) so bluffing isn’t a thing I do. And it certainly isn’t something the last competent president, Obama, did. Social engineering is not “political discourse”. It’s a policy. Discourse is discussion.
You simply do not know the meanings of the words you are abusing.
Again, your reading comprehension skills are quite lacking. There is a de jure stalemate; there is not a de facto stalemate pertaining to the Korean War. North Korea continues to launch military attacks on South Korean territory and South Korean military (personnel, installations, and vessels) and South Korean civilians.
I find it quite entertaining that you think I am a progressive. Even a casual search of my posts on this site will disabuse a rational person of that mistaken idea.
Speaking of projection.
Yet again, no problem. You might want to consider how opinions pulled out of one’s anus fare compared to those that are arrived at via thoughtful and informed consideration. I remind you again that while everyone has a right to their opinion, no opinion has a right to be treated as anything other than asinine if it is simply an asinine opinion.
Fascinating, isn’t it? I, for one, who happen to have family (my in-laws) living in South Korea would quite prefer to have the people running the show, as it were, know what the fuck they are doing. TTMOV.
I know it’d prolly be difficult for me to find common ground with someone who actively denies that “being reliable, trustworthy, and knowing what you are talking about are all positive things.”
Also, what kind of insecure snowflake gets upset about other people’s choice of “pronouns to describe themselves”? It’s a free country FFS, and people can choose what pronouns they prefer to describe themselves.
Why is that worth worrying about at all, much less getting so freaked out about that it causes you to vote for someone like Trump?
Now, see, that’s dem damned libruls abrogating rights. They don’t just have the right to be assholes. By God, they have the guaranteed legal right to be applauded and never mocked for being assholes.
That’s got to be one of the oddest trolling lines ever on this site. Yeah, of course the troll thinks I know nothing about Korea, what with my decade total living in the place and being married to a Korean citizen. It’s that whole informed opinion certain under-bridge types dismiss.
Oh, and I’m surprised nobody’s asked me what TTMOV means.

Ouch I hit a nerve insulting your god-messiah Obama didn’t I. I haven’t seen someone feverishly defend him that much in a while. He wasn’t an absolutely horrible president, but he was absolutely docile.
“I’m not impressed by poker (sorry, elucidator) so bluffing isn’t a thing I do. And it certainly isn’t something the last competent president, Obama, did. Social engineering is not “political discourse”. It’s a policy. Discourse is discussion.”
It is absolutely a part of political discourse, you cannot be this stupid. When a politician talks, and manipulates or distorts the truth or people/groups to achieve an end result it is absolutely social engineering. Do I have to quote it, “If you like your doctor, you can…” is an example. No doubt Trump has many so don’t bother as I am not even arguing that.

Nope. I said there was a stalemate, there is. End. Of Story. You even recognize one exists yourself.
“I find it quite entertaining that you think I am a progressive. Even a casual search of my posts on this site will disabuse a rational person of that mistaken idea.”
This may be true, as almost everything you post as far as I can remember seeing is complete garbage. You are a petulant flip flopper who uses polemic contrarianism wherever opportunity arises. Very regressive.
Excuse me, but from reading your gargantuan amount of vitriolic posts, your obsession with President Obama, living in a far left leaning country and your general disposition it is readily difficult to assume anything otherwise.
“Speaking of projection.”
That where we are at now, Monty? “No! U!” ?

one belonging to the same societal group especially based on age, grade, or status
2a : a member of one of the five ranks (duke, marquess, earl, viscount, or baron) of the British peerage
Societal group equals politician, advisors and Secretary Of State are politicians.
Here’s the definition of that for you as well
a person experienced in the art or science of government
If you truly have an open mind, no opinion can be discounted. You can look with less favor to some but to completely ignore their substance is itself, asinine.
“Fascinating, isn’t it? I, for one, who happen to have family (my in-laws) living in South Korea would quite prefer to have the people running the show, as it were, know what the fuck they are doing. TTMOV.”
Nobody cares.
Can’t figure out how to quote correctly today, my apologies in case you maybe want to whine about that too.
2.)Happy, Strong and Unwavering would be correct. FTFY.
I know it’s a departure from a lot of slime on here, being a strong and happy person who isn’t miserable in their lives so they attempt to make up for it by appeasing others at every chance.
Give it a shot. Be happy, strong and do not be intimidated. It makes life just wonderful. Especially if you are comfortable in your own skin like myself.
