Just for the record, President Reagan probably sent the same sort of executive order around when the Marine Barracks in Beirut was blown up. And GW Bush probably issued a very similar order on Sept 12, 2001. And again in 2004 when Pres Reagan passed away.

I disagree ketchup is a fascinating subject and actually shear thinning fluids have some remarkable properties and have wide applications in fields as diverse as those requiring high viscosity fluids that thin when shear forces are applied, despite the often raised but misinformed question regarding commingling such terms as shear force and fluids, but none the less, in the complex field of pseudoplastic rheology I think we can all agree whipped cream is just yowzer!
