She seemed a little off, all things considered. Aside from her history of trespassing, including fires, she determined that there was bear urine in the puddle by looking at it, I guess? She ended up drinking it anyway, unboiled, whatever it was.
PG&E will not stop, clearly. They get fined, they are sued and lose, and then they declare bankruptcy. They charge higher rates, but nothing changes. Nothing is fixed. The same damn thing happens, but it gets worse because CA is dryer year, by year. I hate that company. Public utilities should be held by the public.
