So... we're in charge of Iraq - What now?

[ul] [sup]DAMN I knew I shouldn’t have taken that afternoon nap.[/sup][/ul]

To establish a democratic government in Iraq will require skills not easily found in our State Dept. Our expertise lies in our ability to ignore political and social forces around the world.
It is evident that we are insulated from reality by a media determine to foment conflict which will produce better ratings.
We have limited experience in nation-building and I feel we
need to promote stability rather than reform in the Middle East.
By overhrowing Saddam, we are opening a Pandora’s box which will flood the region with terrorists for another generation.

The Kurds will join al-Qaeda.
