Nah, that’s not how campaign finance works. Well kinda. You don’t get to spend it on non-campaign stuff (like adding a wing on your house or buying yourself a car). You can sit on it until your next campaign opportunity comes around, maybe fudge it a bit for dinners that are “exploratory meetings”, or you can give it to charity or other campaigns.
So no you can’t use it as you like, unless you like running some more or supporting other candidates/PACs.
Trump’s VP will be Trump. This way, every vote he gets is actually two votes, which will clearly make him the winner. Plus, when he gets impeached this time, he’ll be back as President when the VP is elevated to the Presidency. He’ll then nominate and elect himself as Speaker of the House, so it’s basically Trumps all the way down at that point.
