So what happens to my plasma when I sell it?

So I’ve started “donating” plasma for some extra cash. It’s said to be used for research and saving lives which is kind of cool. What I don’t know is exactly how they use donated plasma. Do they make medicines? Test medicines? Use it in transfusions?

It’s filtered then frozen for use as fresh frozen plasma, which has all the necessary clotting factors for patients with temporary bleeding problems.
The problems can range from post surgical bleeding to infectious diseases that disable the clotting cascade.

If you get a tetnus shot you get 10 extra bucks great deal, for some reason tetnus shots will create more tetnus vaccines the get more for t labled bags of plasma

They use it to make flat-screen TVs. Duh!

I was gonna say they use them to make those plasma grenades you get to use in the Halo games.
