So what is the "final solution"?

I vote three-state solution, myself, with Gaza either being independent or annexed by Egypt and the West Bank either independent or annexed by Jordan.

Funny, I was just discussing Israel with some people and one of them brought this up. Personally, I think it doesn’t matter. Israel should just dump both gaza and the west bank and let them figure it out. Although I agree that 3 states are looking more realistic.

The problem of the Jews? Holy shit, dude.

Scotland isn’t a homeland?

Are you looking for actual ideas, or just more anti-semitic rants?

Is there a reason you continue to misspell “Israel” after numerous people spelled it correctly in this thread?

Sorry boss, I didn’t realize this was spelling class.

Yes, do you have any?

Maybe we’re different, but when I see people being killed on TV, I think it’s a problem.

Even if this were true, you can’t unmake an omelet son. Things are what they are - the Israeli Jews are not going to decide to relocate to Kamchatka to suit your skewed notion of what’s expedient.

Maybe if we gave them the whole of the U.S. Pacific Coast - San Francisco has to have better weather than Tel Aviv. But then I might have to learn Hebrew and I hear those Semitic languages are tough. I wasn’t even any good at French.

Just so this thread isn’t a complete waste, an early Pere Ubu song.

Except people already live there. That’s back to square one.

Good, then they won’t miss the billions in weaponry they are given every year.

The best location for a Jewish homeland would have been the Baltic coast of Germany and Poland.

Whether you agree, Facts, will depend on just what kind of Jew hater you are.

The Siberia suggestion is funny. If you were in charge of the relocation effort, would the Jews you put on trains actually make it to Siberia? Or would they “get lost” along the way?

Ignorance is not something to take pride in.

Um, excuse me, number one, I’ve been told there are supposed to be no personal attacks.

Secondly, “my kind” is people who DON’T hate and who everyone want to live in peace. There’s no peace in the middle east because a bunch of neo-con warmongers decided they’d displace a bunch of Muslims. I am wondering how we can fix that historical error.

I am looking for solutions, but you obviously have none.

No, you are looking for “The Final Solution”. By this time, we all know what that means, and I doubt very much you are going to find it here.

Do you know who else did experiments on Jewish people?

Hint: He also talked about “the final solution to the Jewish problem”.

Israel is not an experiment; it is a country. The only one with a UN mandate saying that it has a right to exist, where it is.

Shodan

However distastefull his wording (final solution :(!), the current situation isn’t exactly peachy. I have no idea what is meant by ‘stopping this experiment’ but we do have a situation where two groups of people want the same land - and in my opinion both claims have some merit - and are killing each other.

I for one don’t see an easy solution given that both feel very strongly about the exact same piece of land; is there a viable two or three state solution that both sets of people will agree to? I don’t know, but it would be awesome if we could find one.

And I’m saying that while hitler’s methods were wrong, he was responding to a real problem.

And the UN was wrong. You don’t think the UN can make a mistake? How many Arabs nations voted for Israel? Doesn’t that tell you something?

His wording is beyond distasteful, and one of his “solutions” is an insult(Siberia??). If this conversation must continue, it might be best to start over with a stronger and less insulting OP, because I think this one has pretty much poisoned the well.

Which was what, exactly?

And how many Arab nations have attempted a military solution and failed? Looks to me like they want to complain but lack the will and military competence to do anything about the situation.
