I just ordered this for my Kindle. As mentioned upthread, there are a lot of options; just google around a bit.
Nah. My bathtub now is too small to soak comfortably in. It’s a spa-bath with one very narrow/angled end (because the tub itself is hugely wide there, I guess to support the tubing or machinery or whatever). Even a petite person’s legs would be jammed together at the end.
Pretty similar to my Aquapac. I have a Sony 650 (touchscreen) and you just have to be careful that the book you want is open before you close up the case as the touchscreen won’t work through it and I have to advance pages using the physical buttons. I guess the Kindle Touch would be a similar deal.
I hope not! There are no physical buttons on the Kindle Touch for advancing pages. but it said it was made for Kindle Touch, and fully operable while closed, so I’m optimistic.
I like to and always read in the tub as a child. These days I find my tub cramped and I feel guilt about using up all the water so I shower.
I read in the tub, I read on the toilet, I read while eating…I’d probably read in my sleep if I could keep my eyes open. There is always a book in the Jeep in case I’m somewhere and have to wait…
there are people who Don’t read in the tub?
Oh yes, all the time when I used to soak and read. I couldn’t tell you the number of times I dropped books into the water while I was drifting off. Never threw the books away though, and 20 years later I still have some of those water damaged books.
I do, and always have.
The problem is, with one bathroom and three people in the house (and with me taking more showers than baths), I can’t justify tying up the bathroom for long periods of time, so my bathtub-reading time has gone severely downhill from my single days, when I could read most of a book at one soak.
