Here is a map of Historical “Palestine” from the late 19th Century:
Note that it contains much of what is now considered to be parts of Jordan and Syria. Also note that it does not contain Haifa or the Negev. So if the “Palestinians” want a state coextensive with historical Palestine, they should be demanding parts of Jordan and Syria. And they should NOT be demanding the Negev region.
And yet for some strange reason, they consider “Palestine” to exclude any parts of Jordan and Syria. And the Arabs who are from these regions are not considered “Palestinians.”
Why not? If we’re going to go by history, the “Palestinians” should demand that Syria and Jordan cease their occupation of “Palestinian Land.” But of course they won’t do that, because these terms – “Palestinian,” “Palestinian Land,” and “Palestine” are just terms of convenience for their campaign to put an end to Jewish Israel.
Given that more than 50 synagogues were destroyed and Jews expelled in E. Jerusalem during the Jordanian occupation '48 - '67, and the history of Islamist supremacy & ill treatment of Jews since its inception, are you surprised?
The sky would not literally “fall”. However, subsequent nuclear winters might well darken it…
