The guy who kicked it’s name is apparently Nawaf al-Abid or something close to that. The announcer starts out saying “and the game is starting… GOOOOOOALL! The fastest goal! The fastest goal! Nawaf al-Abid, Nawaf al-Abid! Played the ball straight into the goal, the fastest goal in the world!” Roughly.
