Socks are sock puppets, people who have a second user name so there is always somebody around who agrees with them, unless it’s me because I agree with me even less than most people. They are against board rules, but you knew that already because you memorized the rules when you joined.
Veb, I use the smilies so people won’t take me seriously when I don’t want to be taken seriously. Some people, like Skeptic, ignore them. Others default to never, ever, taking me seriously.
