Coincidentally, Socks has been showing up in Steve Bell’s cartoons in the British newspaper, the Guardian.
Yeah, I don’t get this either. ISTR at one time Socks even having his own web page, but I never heard of this India character until this thread. I’ve heard plenty about the Bush’s dogs, however.

Heh, that is a good picture. Never seen that before. Hoping a 19 year old cat with terminal cancer “pulls through”, though, I think is a little optimistic.
