Software to easily reconfigure multiple monitors?

I have three monitors hooked to one ATI Radeon card with HDMI, DVI and VGA connectors. It’s an OK card, but can only really drive two of them at one time - which is perfectly fine with me. Right now, I’m on the DVI and the VGA.

But I occasionally fire up the home theater and put the HDMI output onto the big screen (like every Saturday when I download a new episode of Doctor Who).

The problem is the ATI software sucks.

I have to go through this complicated dance of enabling one monitor, disabling another then doing the whole thing in reverse.

What I want is something that will record two states - one where the VGA and DVI are used, the other where only the HDMI is used. Ideally, I’d have pair of keystrokes to switch between them.

Anyone have anything to do this?

UltraMon will do it with profiles or scripts.

Cool, that looks like it should do it. Thanks!

Newer Radeon cards will drive three monitors simultaneously.

Ultramon is pretty good, had conflicts with earlier versions, but with 4 monitors (2 for W$, two displays) it has been stable for about 18 months (new version) It’s makes life easier to manage work screens, and is a bit more user oriented than graphic card tools. Not magical but OK I’m using 3.09 RC
