Sold my Yamaha R6. Looking for another bike.

My old Yamaha R6 had some issues with oil consumption so I sold it. Besides, I wanted something faster. Now I am looking for a 1000cc supersport bike.

Any recommendations? I hear the latest Honda CBR is the most powerful and best handling bike currently on the market. Or what about a second hand Ducati 1098?

The Ducati Monster has always been a great machine, and… it’s a Ducati, after all.

I do not want a naked bike. Besides it slower than my R6, I am looking for something with at least 160hp.

Suzuki’s Hayabusa is pretty sweet. I’ve got a Kawasaki ZZR myself. It’s more of a sport touring than a super sport, but it treats me well.

FWIW, I like my YZF-R1. And the newer ones have more horsepower.
