Solve this browser error. . .

While surfing, I get a dialog box pop-up that says the following all the time. . .

Any ideas how to fix it?

I use crazy browser.

Thanks.

That sounds like a problem in its own self. What the heck is “crazy browser?” To me, it sounds more like malware.

If you’re using IE6, go to tools->internet options->advanced, and check “disable script debugging” and this won’t bother you anymore.

If you’re using a really old browser like Netscape 3, it is too old to be compatible with newer web pages and will constantly generate errors. Upgrading is the only option.

There are also malware and virus programs that pop up graphics that look like that; they are not text messages about errors, just pictures, and they are trying to fool you into doing something you really don’t want to do. Clean your system with the usual tools (AdAware, Spybot, etc.).

Ding.

That did it musicat, thanks.

In Crazy Browser, that was under the “Options” tab, not the “Tools” tab, but same diff.

Thanks.

Crazy Browser is a program that bolts on features found in modern browsers (such as the tabbed browsing in Firefox & Opera) on top of the Internet Explorer browser. It doesn’t fix the underlying security & rendering problems in IE though.

Crazy, Man.

Glad you found a solution.

Right.

I don’t really worry about those security problems. I figure the firewall at the company will take care of it.

I’ve tried firefox, and I like it primarily, but it had a really screwed up display on a couple very commonly visited web sites of mine.

And assumption is the mother of what?
