Something like Ooma Office, but with functional logging

for reference: Ooma Office

Of particular interest–the ability to have virtual extensions, the ability to access logs.

Ostensibly Ooma Office offers the call log feature. But in reality, logs are not actually supported.

answer in the form of a question I s’pose

I’d hoped someone would have had a good experience with some other similar phone system.

May just have to deal with the crappy logging.

What makes you think Ooma does not support call logs? I have Ooma home, and call logs work exactly as described here: Call Logs | Home Phone | Support

Ooma Office is slightly different than Ooma for your home.
My experience with the Ooma Office log retrieval system, combined with my experience with Ooma’s support team is what led me to the conclusions that log support is not actually there.
ymmv

But the web retrieval system only works sometimes and the reports that the CS team send have stopped being csvs and are now some file type where it seems that all commas and all spaces have ben replaced with semi-colons.

The CS team’s only suggestion is to switch browsers.

Imho, a non-functioning log retrieval system means that the logging function is not actually supported.

As I noted, the logging is ostensibly supported by Ooma Office, but in practice the logging function is not actually functional.
