I agree with this one. I visited Germany back in 2006 or so, and found that many of the menu options in restaurants, at least the touristy ones, were something along the lines of a piece of sausage, mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut. I didn’t think I’d like it but I gave it a try and I actually liked it. Ever since then it’s become my go to topping for hot dogs and bratwurst.
