I bought a Euro-Pro 6-slice convection toaster oven a decade or so ago. It’s grungy and one of the door pins is broken or missing, but it still works great. What I like about it is that it has mechanical controls. There’s a knob for selecting the cooking mode, a thermostat, and a clockwork timer. There’s a mechanical bell for letting me know when it’s done, and a light that tells me when it’s on. Having replaced several coffee pots with electronic push-buttons, I am a fan of non-electronic,…
