Convection toaster oven recommendations

I bought a Euro-Pro 6-slice convection toaster oven a decade or so ago.

It’s grungy and one of the door pins is broken or missing, but it still works great. What I like about it is that it has mechanical controls. There’s a knob for selecting the cooking mode, a thermostat, and a clockwork timer. There’s a mechanical bell for letting me know when it’s done, and a light that tells me when it’s on. Having replaced several coffee pots with electronic push-buttons, I am a fan of non-electronic, mechanical appliances.

I’m thinking of getting a new convection toaster oven. (I’ve read that ‘air fryer’ is a marketing term for ‘convection toaster oven’.) Of course after a decade, the one I have is no longer available. I’m having trouble finding something similar. I specify ‘6-slice’ on Amazon, and I get 4-slice and 8-slice ovens. I specify ‘convection’, and I get non-convection ovens. So…

Can anyone suggest a 6-slice (about 17 inches wide), convection, toaster oven that has mechanical controls, and a non-curved door that is hinged at the bottom?

ETA: I thought the Euro-Pro in the link is the one we have. Close, but not quite. Ours has 5 modes: Keep warm, Broil (convection), Bake (convection), Toast, and Grill. The one in the link doesn’t have Grill.

My mom likes her Ninja Foodi Flip. I just made 6 waffles in it the other day so I can confirm it fits 6 slices of stuff. The description says it does use convection in baking. It’s 17" wide.

It doesn’t have the manual controls, though. And it’s not as tall as yours. They do have a different model that is taller (still no manual controls).

Costco has an older model of the Flip for less than the one I linked to on the Ninja site.

They also have one of the older double-decker models. but it’s wide

Yeah, that’s a deal-breaker as long as there are manual ones out there. FWIW, we’re on our second Ninja coffee maker. The first one died right after its one-year warranty expired.

I’ve had a Breville BOV800XL for four years and am very happy with it. I think it meets all your requirements.

ETA: actually I’m not sure exactly what you mean by “mechanical controls”. This has knobs that you rotate to set the time, temperature and modes, but it has a LCD display.

Mechanical in that the temperature is controlled by a rheostat/thermostat, the mode is selected with a knob that chooses which element(s)/fan to use (like an old-fashioned TV tuner), and the timer is non-electric clockwork.
