Somewhere here recently someone posted a question about pharmacy errors. I just captured two of them last weekend. (1) I have a prescription for four(4) pills and they gave me four ‘‘industrial packets’’ so I many pills for the price of 4. and (2) they gave me two refills of another prescription at the same time so I got twice what I usually get for the price of one.
