Mynde, I appreciate your taking the time to post that, and I am genuinely sorry about what happened to your aunt. I think probably all of us have been touched by tragedy at some point, and having it made public doesn’t help. I’m not going to argue that the media doesn’t need to step back and rethink its ethics at times–clearly, they do. Anyway, let’s just move on and get past the ugliness.
