Son, you ain't got no pants

They finally did it in my city this year, but unfortunately I had to stay home and clean my room all day. Should’ve done that with no pants on.

Not necessarily limited to males. I hate pants and they come off pretty much the instant I get through the front door.

I have a friend on Facebook who did the No-Pants Subway Ride. No pics yet.

The group that organizes it, Improv Everywhere, has done some really great stunts (Best Game Everis my favorite), but this is one of their least interesting.

That website was the offering on Weird Earl’s over the weekend.

The Moebius is my favourite.

Charlie Todd, the founder of Improv Everywhere, gave one of the TedTalks lectures. It’s very funny and includes videos of several of their stunts, including the very first No Pants Subway Ride.

I had an email exchange with Mr. Todd about 3 weeks ago, after watching his presentation. I emailed him to tell him the actual title of the book the woman on the subway was reading, as I recognized the cover. He responded within a couple of hours, which surprised me quite a bit. But maybe he does indeed have too much time on his hands.

They did the no-pants thing here in Portland on the train line, the Max. I didn’t see it myself but they’re crazy to go out in this weather without pants. Although, it did seem to piss off one of our local right wing talk radio hosts. She kept going on about how disgusting it was and how it was turning our town into Pornland. It was kinda ridiculous but funny at the same time XD

A part of Seattle has been naked biking since 1989 in the Fremont Solstice Parade that kicks off the Summer Solstice Festival.

But don’t your legs get cold?!

I’ll bet you’re a popular house guest.

Improv Everywhere is great! My favorite is the Suicide Jumper.

Pic 7 is a soldier removing his pants. Hope he doesn’t get into trouble. Wearing an incomplete uniform is a big deal in the service.

It is a cute tradition. I wouldn’t be bothered by pant less people on a train.

So… near the end of the video for the No Pants Subway Ride on their site, was that the pedo bear that I saw?

Just from the title, I was a little afraid that the OP was someone who’s been to my house. My preschool boys take off their pants whenever I don’t absolutely forbid it. (And sometimes even then.) It would tend to support the societal pant pressure theory floated earlier in this thread.

I thought this was hilarious. This woman was riding the subway with no pants - while wearing a hijab.
