Dada’s song “Dizz Knee Land” fits the bill, although it’s not really a happy song.
Rancid’s “Olympia, Washington” is about ending up on the streets of California, and longing to be back home. It’s a good song, but it’s punk.
Woody Guthrie’s “Do Re Mi” talks about people flocking to California in huge numbers. It’s not really a happy song either though.
