Songs in which the title does not appear within the lyrics

The Dylan and Led Zep songs that I first thought of when I read the thread title were already taken, so, um…

Annie’s Song - John Denver
The Spirit of Radio - Rush
Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
Iris - Goo Goo Dolls (as mentioned by Dr. Girlfriend, a few seconds faster than me!)
Flagpole Sitter - Harvey Danger

Caring Is Creepy - The Shins

Talking Heads – “Don’t Worry About the Government”
Eno – “Sky Saw” and probably a lot of others
Pink Floyd – “A Pillow of Winds”, “Matilda Mother”, “Flaming”, “Astronomy Domine”.
(An amusing near-miss is their song “Free Four”, which is named after the Cockney-accented count-in, “One two free four”.)

Why bother listing Bob Dylan tunes that fit the OP? The answer is “Most of them.”

“Bizarre Love Triangle” by New Order. Always kind of bugged me, for some reason.

Pretty much every Interpol song. Special props to Leif Erikson, which lyrically has nothing to do with Norse explorers but rather the isolated keyboard parts sounding rather Viking.

My favorite song by The Pipettes is “The Burning Ambition Of Early Diuretics”, or “Burning Ambition” for short. A really great love song. Even the short form doesn’t appear in the lyrics.

“Young Turks” by Rod Stewart.

every instrumental ever recorded?

Stray Cat Blues, the Stones

Power Trip, SoundGarden

Suite Sister Mary, Queensryche

Nugget, Cake (sort of anyway, the word Mc Nuggets is in the song)

Dedicated to the Press, Betty Davis

there are piles of songs like this.

“Bullet with Butterfly Wings” by Smashing Pumpkins.

Probably threads, too.

“Suite: Judy Blue Eyes” by Crosby, Stills & Nash.

“On the Way Home” by Buffalo Springfield.

“SWLABR” by Cream.

“Third Stone from the Sun” by Jimi Hendrix.

“From Silver Lake” by Jackson Browne.

“Everybody’s Everything” by Santana.

“Sir Duke” by Stevie Wonder.

El Condor Pasa, Simon & Garfunkle
Strawberry Letter 23, Brothers Johnson-- although strawberry letter 22 gets mentioned a few times.

Most of the songs off of Sufjan Stevens’ “Come on Feel the Illinoise” album.

“The Last Polka” by Ben Folds Five
“Fred Jones Part 2” By Ben Folds
“Prison Food” by Ben Folds
“Lullaby” by Ben Folds Five
“Brick” by Ben Folds Five
“Hospital Song” by Ben Folds Five
“Narcolepsy” by Ben Folds Five
“Song for the Dumped” by Ben Folds Five
“Summerteeth” By Wilco
“Pieholden Suite” by Wilco
“Another Horsedreamer’s Blues” by Counting Crows
“Up All Night (Frankie Miller Goes to Hollywood)” by Counting Crows doesn’t mention the parenthetical part of the title.

Side one of Led Zeppelin IV. None of those songs mentions Kashmir.

“Hair Of The Dog” by Nazareth. Better known as the “Now you’re messin’ with a son of a bitch” song.

Lots of Rush songs. The first to come to mind were Manhattan Project and Bravado.

“Prison Sex” by Tool

Just from the album I’m currently listening to, “Dust Bowl Dance” by Mumford & Sons mentions none of those words.
