Yeah, from their Wikipedia entry it sounds about right. At least I know I didn’t dream it.
“If I Told You That You Had a Beautiful Body, Would You Hold It Against Me?” An old joke-pick-up line turned into a C&W song, but I forget by whom. I normally don’t care for C&W – bad memories of it from West texas – but this one is good.
There must be scads of songs with double entendres.
“Linda and her Londonderry Air”
“My Girl’s Pussy” (an older song sung by R. Crumb and the Cheap Suit Serenaders)
“She has freckles on her, but she is nice”
“Don’t give me no goose for Christmas, grandma”
Or it could be the song by Poster Children, from 1991…
Another bit of wordplay that has been used more than once is repetition of a line that contains the words “broken record” (in “Ana Ng” by They Might Be Giants and “Broken Record” by The Refreshments).
There are a few times that the Refreshments song also substitutes other words for obvious rhymes, as in “Polka Dot Undies” (but the implied words aren’t dirty).

That would be Howard and Dave, better known as the Bellamy Brothers.
