I love songs with long, anthemic endings. I can only think of two off the top of my head: Hey Jude by the Beatles and The Boxer by Simon and Garfunkel. Are there any others?
Well, there’s Layla
Damn near anything Springsteen does live.
Freebird!!!
Funeral for a Friend - Elton John
Tied to the Whipping Post - Allman Brothers
Do You Feel Like We Do? - Peter Frampton
Heard it Through the Grapevine - Creedence
Radar Love - Golden Earring
ETA: Alessan snuck in there while I was looking for songs!

Paranoid Android
“Atlantis” by Donovan
“Five Years”, “Memory of a Free Festival”, “Starman” by David Bowie
“Down By the Sea” by Strawbs
“Satellite of Love” by Lou Reed
Smaointe by Enya.
“Loving, Touching, Squeezing” by Journey
Also “Orange and Red Beams” and “Sky Pilot” by Eric Burdon & the Animals
“Islands” by King Crimson… the ending takes a long time to build, though.
Desperados Under the Eaves by Warren Zevon.
Born Secular - Jenny Lewis & the Watson Twins
First time hearing it, I said to the wife “Jenny paid them for five minutes and damn it, she’s going to get five minutes…”
White Rabbit - It’s got a “rising sound!” Good for committing suicide by electrocuting yourself in a bathtub.
Matty Groves by Fairport Convention has a terrific anthemic instrumental finish to it.
Needing/Getting by Ok Go. Nearly half of the song is a jam out.
The live version of Sultans of Swing ends with an extended coda.
(They’ve got a guest playing second guitar in that clip; guess their regular guy couldn’t make it that night. He’s okay.)
A Day in the Life by the Beatles.
Rock and Roll Pt. 2 - The entire cut is an ending.
And Steam’s one and only hit is about 75% ending.
“Tulimyrsky” by Moonsorrow (skip to 27:50 for the triumphant finale)
