The problem you’re having (in case you didn’t notice) is that your positions are so unrealistic, people don’t think you are serious.
Your OP is like a nightmare conglomeration of various SciFi movies like Logans Run combined with The Matrix, various radical totalatarian regimes in history (Germany, Soviet Union, Cambodia, etc), and Plato’s Republic…all wrapped up in what you obviously think is a neat package. Surely, just looking at the replies to your OP, you can see that NO ONE, reguardless of their political strip, is going for this thing in any way, shape or form. Hell, most people (myself included) figured you did this as either a joke or a bust against America. I’m still half convinced you aren’t serious in fact…
However, if you ARE serious, then the responses you got should tell you that some, er, modifications are necessary to your grand plan. A good place to start would be a better understanding of human nature. Maybe you could capture some live humans and take them up to the mother ship? If not, then get some books on the subject and study them.
Next, maybe look at the totalitarial regimes you modeled your perfect world after. How did they fair? What went wrong? Why? Then look at some of the governments that have been sucessful (maybe, you know, actually study American history before trying to change it would be a good idea) and ask the same questions…what did they do wrong, what did they do right? Why? THEN come back with some modifications to your perfect plan that are more reflective of reality, especially of human nature, and post them…and maybe we can have a rational discussion.
Or, just keep basing your ideas on the aliens you grew up with and scratching your head at these damn humans and their pecular ways. The choice is yours.

So what’s the deal, Hydrocortisone? You were so enthralled by the distopian societies depicted in Brave New World, 1984, Soylant Green, with a dash of Logans Run and a side of Borg collectivism that you want to model our society after them? Was there something appealing about the societies created by Stalin, Hitler and Pol Pot that you felt worth emulating?
This is a largely meaningless statement. People are free to do as they please provided they do not interfear with other’s freedoms and can support themselves somehow. Your society basically replaces the present constructs with a diferent set of worse constructs that remove any freedom. Simply stateing that it is “free” because you think it is so is blantantly false doublespeak by any accepted definition of the word “free”.
It should be obvious to you that most people find your idea repulsive. Your society is perhaps more suited to a society of mindless automatons (robots for example) or perhaps a colony of ants.

Ok, think about this. In this country alone 1% of the people control over 1/3 of the wealth. Throughout the world it is even worse. We need a new system that will protect everyone. We need a system that will let everyone be free. What percentage of the world is straving right now? What percentage of the world will go to bed hungary tonight? Do you call these people free? The new system must start in the United States or it will be crushed. We can save the world together or let thousands of children continue to die day after day. Their blood is on your hands.
