At work:
For new email I use Curly from the 3 Stooges doing his woo woo woo thing. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks and it always makes me smile.
For errors I use my own versions of Samuel Jackson from Pulp Fiction saying “I don’t remember asking you a goddamn thing”! The original was too long so I shortened it to “Goddamn thing!” or just “Goddamn!” depending on the error.
Shutdown now is “OK, Terrific!” from the Opie and Anthony show here in NYC. It used to be Bugs Bunny saying Wellll, goodbye!
Now that I think about it I’m going to use Cartman saying “Screw you guys! I’m going home.” That would be perfect! 
I generally avoid long sounds on my home pc, especially at startup. Windows takes long enough to start without waiting for some sound to play too.
