Hey everyone! I would LOVE to do another get-together this month or next.
The weekend of March 25 - 26 works fine for me (and an Oscar party sounds like a blast).
As for April, I have a free frequent flyer coupon I’m supposed to have to use before the end of April (unless I can get them to extend it) so planning anything in that month will be hard, seeing as how I could be travelling any given weekend. The only weekend for sure that won’t work for me in April is the 22nd. That’s not only Easter weekend, but it’s also Passover so I won’t be able to eat anything fun
I’ll keep my eye on this thread to see what everyone decides.

March 26th seems to be a date that is agreed upon. It seems appropriate, one month after the first shindig.
I guess, if we are going to make this a “Oscar Party”, the best thing to do would be to figure out where to have it.
Does anyone think a bar would be showing the ceremonies on their television?
Any ideas on a good location to get together and watch the festivities?
We have some time to come up with a good idea.

I think the next meeting should be held at the British pub, I am very intrigued by the fish and chips that can be had there.
