The majority of the spam I get seems to be routed through safepages.com. Like server10.safepages.com or server12.safepages.com.
Can I filter all stuff from safepages.com and get rid of a lot of spam, or does personal email sometimes get routed through there?
You’ll probably end up losing some personal email. Most spammers would use servers that hold legit accounts as well, otherwise they’ll just get blocked immediately.
Looking at www.safepages.com it seems like you should just inform the network abuse team…

This domain is the reverse DNS of many servers that are used by several ISP’s. With such a customer base, it is unfortunate fact that a tiny percentage of those users are ‘spammers’ who sign up for “throw away accounts” with our customers. If you have a spam complaint, our network abuse team will take them very seriously and do all they are able to elimiate the sender of the UCE violation. Please send all abuse complaints to abuse@safepages.com and the user or website will be removed from the system within 24 hours.
