Spare A Thought For Our Journalists?

Listening to NPR a couple of days ago, I heard a phone report from one of their female journalists and as she ended her call, she sounded so grateful just to be speaking to someone state-side it almost broke my heart.

I think we take a lot for granted when we watch or listen to these men and women who are in every bit as much danger (if not more) as our military.

The stress of a deadline added to the stress of staying out of the line of fire must be enormous for them. So send some good thoughts their way too, please?

Quasi, that’s so thoughtful! My heart went out to the reporters in the World Trade Center rubble, too; frequently you could see the toll it was taking on them.
