I think it’s unfounded, Silo. The statement left out those in the SDMB community who neither agree nor disagree with Stoid – those who really couldn’t give a fuck. So, I contend, there are 3 types of Dopers at least … and if we got a magnifying glass out complete with tweezers, I’m sure we could find more.

Actually, if I can direct your attention here…I have done an exhaustive study of all active Dopers, using the latest scientific methods available, and have concluded the following:
87% of Dopers are ok
7.3 % of all Dopers are not so hot, thanks
2.9 % of all Dopers suck massively
1.4% of all Dopers rock the Casbah
and 1.4% are completely undecided.
Oh, and ** Ice? Silo? don’t ask? ** the figures you are searching for are as follows:
53.9 % of all Dopers disagree with Stoid 75% of the time.
34.1 % of Dopers agree with Stoid 75% of the time, but it really annoys them.
2.8 % of Dopers will find out what Stoid’s position is, then take the opposite one, just to be safe.
And the rest want to know if Stoid has any bud for the bowl.
