speaking of prince hal, i saw the brannagh and the olivier version of henry the V, and in comparing them with the text i do not find the colloquy between falstaff and rex concerning “i know thee not, old man” where henry basically turns his back on falstaff. i only made a cursory reading of the text, and the two film versions do differ somewhat in this regard…so, where did it come from?
