This just in, House Repubs are pushing for the establishment of a special counsel to investigate the 2020 election results. This after all States have certified their results.
My question: Is the Republican Party becoming completely unmoored from reality because of Trump, or were they headed that way inevitably?
Why not ask if the base is unmoored from reality? If the answer is yes, then everything else follows.
