Spiders are insects

What about tomatoes with sugar though?

I will throw this out for your next thought experiment:

Platypus

Even more extreme: Toy Biz’s lawyers contrasted the X-Men with Superman, who, they claimed, was actually human. Despite him canonically being very much not one. And Stan Lee, on behalf of Marvel, of course issued an amica curiae statement that mutants are, in fact, humans.

And I’ve never understood the whole tomato thing. Why do people always ask “Is a tomato a fruit or a vegetable?”, when they never ask the same question of cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, green beans, zucchinis, or any of the myriad other vegetables that are fruits? Why does nobody ever ask “Is a carrot a root or a vegetable?”, or “is spinach a leaf or a vegetable?”, or “is broccoli a flower or a vegetable?”? All of them are vegetables. Every vegetable is some part of a plant. Different vegetables are different parts of their respective plants. A tomato (like a cucumber or a green bean) is a vegetable that is the fruit part of a plant.

Oh, and it’s also possible to make a very yummy jam from tomatoes, garlic, and basil.

Yet my mammalian (not winged) Siamese cats can fly, levitate or magically transport themselves onto beams in my 14 ft. ceiling without touching anything or really being seen.
The universe is full of unknowns.

I don’t know if a tomato is a fruit or veg, I just know I’m sick of them.
How is it when the year I over planted, cosmic forces make my garden grow exceedingly well. For the first time in a decade.
Just ‘good’ luck, I guess.

I must know more…

Yes, indeed. I’ve noticed people’s intriguing attitude toward the tomato and I think it is a consequence of its popularity in everybody’s diet. But I’m not sure.

Tomatos are projectiles. Let them ripe.

I knew a human. Male. Jerk. He was a ‘bug’. I promise you he really was.

Okay. But was he a vegetable or a fruit?

“But in a war, they’ll side with the insects.”
ISWYDT.

Sorry, I don’t know Mom’s recipe for the tomato jam. I just know it’s yummy. If I remember, I’ll ask her.

I was just cursing my never ending tomato vines. They have been extra extra this year.
Now I wish I had another peck or so to make Tomato jam.
The universe is against me.
