I have a Sporty’s electronic E6B around here somewhere. I never got the hang of it. (Actually, by the time I bought it I was flying helicopters locally and didn’t really need an E6B.) I also found it burned through batteries rather quickly. Sporty’s has an updated model out, and I’m thinking of trying again. Not that I need one, since I’m still progressing toward the financial ability to fly regularly; but I can practice until that time comes. I’ll also be practicing with the ‘whiz wheel’.
