What is the league objection to the “bob and weave”? What is the fine?

It takes too long.

It’s tacky too.

It’s considered poor sportsmanship, as it’s deliberately rubbing the other team’s face in it.

To quote Vikings head coach Dennis Green (one of the members of the committee that banned group celebrations such as the Bob-and-Weave):

“I feel very strongly that anything that’s extra in the game is a little bit of an in-your-face to an opponent,” Green said. “I think that most times guys react very strong against that.”
