Staight Dope December Birthdays

Baker – you’re my first with same day and year. (Same day is a mixed bag, celebrity-wise: John Denver, Donna Summer, Anthony Hopkins, Val Kilmer – but also my favorite artist, Henri Matisse.)

The cool thing about a Dec. 31st birthday is that I have never had to work or go to school on my birthday on my life. Circumstance till I was about 30 (ahem, staying in school through grad school helps), then it became policy.

I’ll be 25 on Monday(dec 9)

am I supposed to start dreading my birthday this young?

OK, I’ll fess up. My birthday is tomorrow, technically, but, since it was 1 am in England at the time, I’ll be turning another year older in a little more than 2 hours.

Yes, it was done on time. I was a little worried though… just call me a semi-stickler for getting things done ASAP. (well, sometimes, anyways…)

Friday Dec 13th is Cajun Man’s 51st birthday.
Now I didn’t say that but cut and pasted it from another thread so I wouldn’t get in trouble if he is birthday sensitive.

My birthday is the 12th. Yay! 12/12 so cool. That and my official count down which starts on my sisters birthday on the first. I remind people close to me that they have X amount of shopping days till my birthday.
I have one friend who is now calling me around midnight to help me with my count down.

And I would like to thank who said “may you get many gifts not wraped in christmas paper”

And happy birthday to the other December dopers. I am in very good company.

My mom’s is on the first, my younger sister’s is on the dreaded 25th. I have an uncle and his son, my cousin, one of which is on the second and one on the first.

Mine is on the 8th. You can see the nifty count I programmed ages ago here, I’m Ben. (The link on that page doesn’t work any more.)

Happy birthday to all December Dopers, especially David Simmons, who should be doing something better with what little time he has left.

Now watch me go and kill myself this weekend…

Heh…

I thought no one remembered my birthday.

It was the 12th.

I’m a bit late.

Happy Birthday to all, but especially to all of us born on the 25th.

Count me as another who is sick to death of hearing "well, this will be your Christmas present AND your birthday present.

Like Baker, I was Daddy’s little tax deduction, born late on the 30th.

I’ll be 30, and whatever plans I have are defined by whatever my wife has planned. At least I have to day off work.

I am exactly one day younger than you. So…this is 32? Hmmm…(drumming my fingers on the table). Well, it’s…very interesting…
