Does the ABA call for revocation? AFAICT, most of their recommendations are about modifying SYG laws to improve them.

True, but there is a bit of this -

Concerns over the adverse ramifications of the elimination of the duty to retreat in public spaces, such as those highlighted in this Report, coupled with a series of high-profile cases illuminating unanticipated applications of Stand Your Ground laws has lead policymakers in at least 10 jurisdictions to explore tempered modifications or outright repeal of Stand Your Ground statutes.

In 2012, Georgia saw two attempts to repeal its Stand your Ground law.

Legislator, Alan Williams, subsequently sponsored a bill to repeal Florida’s Stand Your Ground in Florida about which he appealed, “Let’s repeal and start over . . . ."

In May, 2014, Representative Bishop introduced a bill to repeal Louisiana’s Stand Your Ground law.

You are correct, however, in that there is a lot in the ABA report about amending it.
