Star Trek TOS is really quite watchable after it's rested a while.

It’s only been 40 years. Don’t you think you should have spoiler-boxed that? :dubious:

Naw they sit around watching other people illusions and atrophy on their skinny feminine asses… It is there illusions that get around.

This is also the explaination why they needed humans… They just wanted their own version of Reality TV on the Surface.

The sad thing is that I seriously considered spoiler boxing it…

See what a fun show it was? I don’t think people are sitting around discussing details of the Leave it to Beaver series. At least I sure hope not!

*please forgive me if you are a Beav expert.

Oh, please, that is both too good to pass up and too easy to take advantage of!!

Ha! That really was not intentional at all. Thank you for your restraint.

I haven’t seen this mentioned, and it’s worth mentioning because some fans are a bit befuddled.

“The Cage” was shot, finished and delivered to NBC. It was screened by the necessary parties. As a stand-alone Pilot episode it was never aired.

It was admired in some ways but considered too cerebral for mainstream audiences. It was unheard of for this to occur, but occur it did: A second Pilot was requested and paid for. That one WAS aired, and then The Cage was made use of in a clever two-parter as has been described above.
