I’ve hardly ever seen any episode of ST TOS (but I liked Next Generation, Voyager, Enterprise, have seen the movies, etc), but all this talk about Vulcans and canon and whatnot in carnivorousplant 's thread has got me interested. I’ll now watch it on TV when I can, but in the meantime would like to find a website that possibly has transcripts and info about the series. Would any of you fellow Trekkers post some links? Thanks

In addition to the sites Hail Ants offered, there’s TrekBBS, a Trek messageboard broken down into different fora for the different series. The TOS section has at least four posters I can think of who’re more knowledgeable about the series than anyone here. If you ask nicely and don’t accidentally impugn their series (they’re quite rabid), I’m sure they can teach you tons.
I stick mostly to the DS9 and General Trek fora myself.
The Daystrom Institute has some articles on them, their culture, and their ships with handy color coded text to tell you what is canon and what is only thought to be known. They also have images of all their ships, which is what the site is mainly about.
