I need info on what I must do to start my own company ( I’m not sure what kind, I’m thinking maybe clothing). I put in GQ because I want to know about all the legal stuff like patents, distribution, and other stuff you can answer. It would help me a lot if you put what I need to do in list form starting with whats most important/ should do first.

Hate to be a downer, but if you don’t even know how to start a company how are you ever going to learn how to run one?
