Sure. But the Obama-ites can have it one way or the other. *Either *it’s the “will of the people” or it’s “the system”. Whining that Hillary is “cheating” when she tries to take advantage of the system (by winning a floor vote to seat the Fla delegates), or threatening “to take their ball and go home crying” if the SuperDelegate vote goes against them is immature and hypocritical.

No. “The system” said that Florida and Michigan broke the rules, so they were ejected. If a player were to come back into the game after getting red-carded, what’s the point of giving the ref cards in the first place?

The system *includes *an appeal to the Convention. Either accept the whole system or reject it all, no taking just the parts that favor your candidate.
"“The states have two options, Dean says.
“They can come back to the DNC with a set of delegate selection procedures that do comply with the rules of the 48 other states, or they can appeal to the credentials committee at the Democratic National Convention,” he said."
An “appeal to the credentials committee” is another part of the system.
Current polls indicate a dead tie in Michigan and a 10 pointish advantage for Hill in Florida. After Obama on the ground, that says a slight lead for Obama in Michigan and a five point advantage for Hillary in Florida, max.
