Game 1 of the 2011 State of Origin series was played last night. Another win for the Queensland team. :smiley:

This series is the pinnacle of Rugby League, it produces games of a quality even better than the inernatioanl matches.

I heard reports that FoxSports had arranged for it to be broadcast on the US channels, just wondering if anyone over there had seen it. If not I definitely encourage you to check out game two which is in two weeks time.

I fear another three-blot on the way, Slater’s match winner had the leaden feel of inevitability.

It’s suppose to be on at 8pm on Fox.

Sheeeeit. We cancelled cable and I haven’t missed it at all, until now. I like watching Rugby.
